In order to fully realize the potentials at a site, we explore the cultural and physical history of the place including its topography and vegetation; the role of the site in the watershed; the passage of light and wind through the site; and its history of settlement.
We seek to connect the aspirations of our clients with their highly particular physical context, and to do so in such a way that our settlement of that place both evolves from and contributes to its history.
